Breezeline internet issues

I have continuously had issues in the past year and a half with my internet I have called breezeline Many times and have had many techs come to look for the issues. One tech a few weeks ago told me they know what the issue is ans have supposedly been waiting for parts to fix the issue.

I have the same issue in Hilliard. It started about Dec 1st. FB & Insta photos and videos won't load on any device connected to Breezeline. Once I disconnect and use my cellular 5G, all photos and videos load fine. I'll put in a ticket to add to the number of people complaining. This can't continue our I'll have to switch to Spectrum.
