I'd say maybe 1 in 10 positions are fully remote from my experience. Depending on how the next year or so goes in regards to the pandemic, remote positions might become a bit more common though. Also, there might be positions that aren't posted as fully remote, but that might be open to a remote candidate if they have the right skillset.
