Tin is needed to alloy the lead and antimony and improve casting qualities. What you want is approx 90% lead, 5 % tin , 5% antimony or 90-5-5 ratio. Give or take a few % in any. This may be rambling, but there are so many factors to bullet casting that it is a whole new ballgame. An art and science of its own.

The magazine in the middle has a parkerized finish and the follower is dark blued. Based upon the characteristics and finish of the middle magazine, I do not believe it was refinished (I could be wrong). Very nice Belgian made FN FAL model 50.63 para rifle in 7.62. This is the one with the 18 inch barrel, folding cocking handle and no carry handle. It is the rarest of the FN imported Paras. Bore and internals are perfect.
