RL19 tends to be a pretty fluffy powder so expect compressed loads. If it were me, based on BC of bullets I would go with 160-175 grain bullets, leaning toward 160. That is plenty of speed and energy for deer at any distance. It’s also a comparatively light-kicking round. I would use neither of them for shooting a 150gr bullet in 7mm-08, especially for a hunting load. Better choices would be H414, or Alliant Power Pro 2000, or one of the 4350's.
