The initial claim they said I had no nexus. I filed a supplemental claim claim, with a favorable VA DR nexus medical opinion saying yes to nexus. When the VA requests a C&P they put very specific language as to what they're looking for. If your having a records review only then the VA most likely asked the examiner to review the records and give a medical opinion on that which doesn't require and in person meeting. Requesting another examiner wouldn't help in this case. Hopefully the 2nd C&P exam will get you what you deserve for your claim (s). I have nothing but bad C&P exams since 2020. As a matter of fact I’ve went from 90% to 80% during 2020/2021.
