The Rossi Matched Pair pistol is a convertible, with one .45/.410 barrel, that exchanges with a .22lr barrel. I have the rifle/shotgun version. My Rossi .410 barrel does not take .45 Colt, though. Their pistol has a similar choke set-up to the Comanche. I handled one, but it cost about twice what the Comanche did.
